Xbox Cannot Open Web Browser Due to account restrictions

I’ve had this pop up for a little over 2 weeks now, as I’m a new player just now kind of starting to figure something’s out I recently learned about trading. I was excited to try it out and finally get some decent gear for my guy but I keep getting this message below. It’s not necessarily preventing me right now from progressing but I know when I get to endgame stuff it’s definitely not gonna help me not being able to trade.
If anybody has any idea on how to fix it, I’d be glad to hear it. I’ve changed my Xbox account settings all to open and public and still no luck. I’ve contacted Xbox and they were no help. I just sent an email to poe2 support team. Hopefully I’m just being a noob and it’s an easy fix!

Top Comment: I got a bunch of friends with same problem, we have sent in a bunch of report tickets and nobody has answered, was really hoping to hear devs were working on it from the last stream but of course not lol. It is sad since alot of the xbone population can't even access the trade site.
